Meet Dr. Erika Morrow

the best optometrist in Savannah GA

Dr. Erika Morrow, M.S., O.D. attended the University of Colorado at Denver and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2012. She went on to pursue her Doctorate of Optometry and Masters of Vision Science at the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she graduated with honors in 2016. While in optometry school, Dr. Morrow was inducted into the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society and was an officer for several student organizations. As a student, she completed an externship in ocular disease at the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center and a primary eye care rotation at a private practice in Birmingham, Alabama. She was recognized as an outstanding clinician in Ocular Disease. Upon completing her training, she returned to Colorado and joined a group practice where she practiced until relocating to the coastal region of Georgia in 2017 for her husband’s career at Gulfstream.

She was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, is one of eight children, and has 17 nieces/nephews. Dr. Morrow has been happily married to her husband, Brian Morrow, since 2009, and they have one sweet mini dog that loves to greet patients at the office. They enjoy traveling, camping, hiking, & frequenting the local establishments of Savannah. She is looking forward to building lasting relationships with her patients and getting involved in the Savannah Ga community. Come by and get to know her! Meet Dr. Melissa Keller, OD

Associate Optometrist
Dr. Melissa Keller attended the University of Scranton for her bachelor’s degrees in neuroscience & biochemistry, class of 2010. She also attended the University of Scranton for her master’s degree in chemistry, class of 2012. She then attended Pennsylvania College of Optometry for her doctoral degree, class of 2016. While attending optometry school, she was vice president of Student Optometric Service to Humanity (SOSH) and helped lead a humanitarian trip to Haiti in 2014. She was inducted into the Gold Key Optometric Honor Society in 2015. Upon graduating, she moved from Scranton, Pennsylvania to Georgia for the warmer climate!

Before joining the ForSight team, Dr. Keller had worked in corporate optometry since 2016. Dr. Keller and her husband have been happily married since 2018. They love to travel, both domestic & international, and have a goal to visit all 50 states! She loves gardening, baking, a good “who done it?” novel, scrapbooking, and puzzles. But more than anything she loves quality time with friends & family, so be sure to stop by and say hello!

Brian Morrow
Business Manager
Brian Morrow is the reason ForSight exists and he is the mastermind behind our name and brand. He thought of ForSight, like Forsyth, as we were strolling the historic district. Isn’t he great? We think so too! Brian is a full-time operations engineer at Gulfstream and he is our helping hand on Fridays and Saturdays. Come say hi, you will love to talk with him.
Shara Chaney
Optical Manager
Shara is the reason our optical stays classy. She brings 14 years of optical experience to ForSight and curates our selection of stylish custom glasses frames. She is a native of the downtown Savannah area and she is an alumni of Savannah High School. She has three brothers, one of which is her twin! Shara is married and has seven children and three grandchildren. In her free time she likes to spend time with her family, go shopping, and travel. We are so lucky to have her on our team!
Layla
Patient Care Coordinator
Layla the oldest of 3 was born in Brunswick, Ga and raised in Savannah, Ga. After attending Savannah Tech and gaining over 6 years of experience as an ophthalmic technician and patient coordinator, it’s easy to see why she’s good at what she does. In her free time she enjoys cuddling with her fur babies and a good book.
Kristina
Patient Care Coordinator
Kristina is the youngest of 2 and is from Milton, GA. She moved to Savannah in 2017, and has loved living here. She graduated from Ogeechee tech in 2017, gaining a certificate in medical studies. She has 3 years of experience in a medical setting, and in her free time she enjoys painting and exploring Savannah with her fur babies.
Tori
Optician & Optometric Assistant
Tori was raised in Brunswick, Georgia. She has been in the eye care & eye wear industry since 2017. Tori joined ForSight in 2021 after relocating to Savannah in 2020. She enjoys singing and hanging out with her miniature schnauzer Winston.
Brooke
Patient Care Coordinator
Brooke is middle child of 5 children. She is from Eldersburg, Maryland, but relocated to Savannah in 2018 to attend SCAD. She is a junior majoring in preforming arts. She joined ForSight part-time after enjoying her patient experience in 2021. In her free time she likes to spend time outdoors or with her fur baby.
April
Licensed Dispensing Optician
April is a mother to three beautiful children; Austin, Autumn, and Alex. She is a 2008 graduate of the opticianry program at Ogeechee technical college in Statesboro, Georgia. April holds two certifications; 1) American Board of Opticianry – ABO, and 2) National Contact Lens Examiners – NCLE. She has worked in the eye care industry as a Licensed Dispensing Optician for 12+ years. She takes pride in creating that perfect pair of glasses for each patient. In her spare time, she loves hanging out with her family shopping, riding motorcycles, and being outdoors.
Nick
Optician & Optometric Assistant
Nick relocated to Savannah from Raleigh, NC in 2023 with his wife to be closer to the beach. Nick is ABO and NCLE certified and is actively working towards becoming a licensed dispensing optician. Being the only male at ForSight, he like to make sure the men stay classy with their eye wear. He has a mini German Shepherd and in his free time he enjoys exploring all the restaurants in Savannah and relaxing on the beach.
Shawna
Optician
Shawna is a native of Douglas, Georgia. She is an Army wife and a mother to two children. She has been in the optical industry since 2018 and She holds a certificate in opticianry from Savannah Tech. She is dedicated to educating patients about frame fit and lens options. She prides herself on designing a pair of glasses that will provide the best visual solution for each patient. Shawna enjoys going to the beach with her family and she is always cheering for the University of Georgia.

NOTE: There is a $75 after-hours service fee for eye emergencies seen after normal business hours listed below.
